What is it? A steel cable lock for windows and doors of any kind.

What does it do? It prevents the window or balcony door from being opened more than the safe maximum gap of 10 cm (4 inches). It is fixed in place with security screws.

Why would I need it? Correctly installed, and locked, the Jackloc prevents windows, or balcony doors from opening more than 10 cm. Children, even tiny ones, or other vulnerable people, are unable to squeeze through this gap. Therefore this Jackloc helps prevent children and other vulnerable ones from falling out of windows, or from accessing and falling off balconies.
